Here to share with you the 4 steps to customize your golden egg yolk sukiyaki sauce which is the signature sauce: Mix Sesame sauce for sweet taste, egg yolk for smoother the sauce, and chopped shallot for adding more layers to the taste, lastly add in shichimi for a spicier taste.
