[Review] Aromatherapy Body Massage @ Engel Spa Mont Kiara

Living in a hectic lifestyle, I always wanted to go for a body massage. A good body massage session allow me to relax my mind and body. However, it's not easy to find a good and affordable spa in town, don't you think so? Lucky me, I have found out Engel Spa located at the ground floor of Ceriaan Kiara last week.

Customers does not need to pay for the car park as we can park inside the visitor parking bay at Ceriaan Kiara. Walk down the staircase to the ground, Engle Spa is located right at the entrance of the condo.

Own by a friendly lady, Ms. Emma; Engel Spa is a cozy home feeling spa that made me felt wonderful.

There are two therapists and two rooms available at Engel Spa currently. I was offered a warm drink to relax myself before going for the treatment. Then, it's time to choose the oil. They have the usual lemongrass oil, the relaxing lavendar oil and rose oil. I have chosen the rose oil as I was feeling romantic and flowery scent was perfect for me that morning.

Osta Salon and Spa @ Publika

I am delighted to share a hidden gem that I found at Publika recently - Osta Salon and Spa that is a female only spa. Facing the main road, located above ANTE restaurant, Osta Salon and Spa was opened in February 2017.

OSTA actually means “Haven” in Latvian. They want to invite all female to sink in, relax and rejuvenate our mind, body and soul in this cozy spa. I always believe It's important for us female to pamper and treat ourselves better.

Once we stepped into Osta Salon and Spa, we were welcome by the therapists and offered a change into their house slipper. The slipper is so soft and comfortable, they have definitely won our first impression for their detailed to everything, including the slippers. Then we were offered a glass of fruit infused water to freshen up.

Now that we are ready, we were led into their treatment rooms. It's so spacious, cozy and a calm place inside! There were a few treatment rooms, each with a unique and different theme. Miera has chosen the Garden theme and I had chosen the morocco one. The rooms are very spacious, and with their own bath tub! So luxurious room they are.

We all know that sauna is good for us in many ways since long long time ago. Hence, there's a sauna at almost every club houses, ftiness centers, spa centers, and hotels. I love going to sauna since I was teenager, as I don't sweat much even during exercises and sauna is the best way for me to sweat. However, why go for the traditional sauna which is hot and can overwhelm those who are more sensitive to the heat while we can have Infrared saunas that provides milder temperature but the heat of infrared saunas travels much deeper into the body for better sweat results?

I was thrilled to be back to my favourite ladies only fitness and beauty club - Phillip Wain Malaysia at Starhill Gallery on a Holiday last month. I was honored to be invited to try their FRX D-White Divine Perfector Facial Treatment which is famous for Skin Brightening & Line Perfector functions. It was my first time trying FRX D-White Divine Perfector Facial Treatment, the treatment is using the combination of Fractional RF machine and I-Firm D-White Divine treatment box. 

According to the Phillip Wain, FRX RF-Fractional RF Line Perfector is a non-invasive radio frequency therapy that utilizing fractional RF energy penetrates deep below the skin’s surface to heal from within. This procedures rejuvenate the photo damaged and wrinkled skin. It improves skin texture, colour tone and fine lines smoothening in along with reduced pigmentation of epidermis.

While I-Firm D-white revolutionary gives antioxidant & whitening results with all natural plants ingredients which high in antioxidant. Instant visible result seen in melanin decomposition and whole complexion brighten.

Since I had serious uneven skin tone plus aging skin concern, I was really delighted to try the treatment on my skin.

I was offered a warm tong shui while filling up the registration form. Once I’ve registered myself, I was passed a kimono, slippers and towel to change at their spacious changing room. Then, I was led to the comfortable facial room to have my facial.

The facial started off with milk cleansing and exfoliating, followed by steaming, hand massage, light extraction and Eyebrow trimming which were common steps in most facial treatments.

Now comes the excited part. My cleansed face was ready for the machine treatments. First, the beautician applied first minutes Massage with I Firm D White #1 on my skin. I Firm D White #1 is used for Anti-glycation and Antioxidant purposes. And then she used the Fractional RF on my skin for around 30 minutes. She first used the RF Tip and followed by 36pins/64pins fractional Tip which delivered focused fractional RF energy into the deep dermal layer. Fractional RF is useable on different parts including face, eye, and neck! It firms the skin, increase skin elasticity, reduce fine lines instantly, Minimize pores, significantly improve the skin texture, Even up skin color tone, and lighten pigmentation of epidermis. Last but not least, the beautician followed with a massage with I Firm D White #2 mask then I Firm D White #3. I have enjoyed a relaxing shoulder massage while masking on this second mask. Once the mask was removed, the beautician applied the moisturizing skincare to my skin.

If you know me well I seldom visit Puchong as the place is congested, but something came up in end of May that made me paid a visit to Herbaline Facial Spa and Mama Kim Puchong, which was the Beauty & The Feast Bloggers party. Herbaline Facial Spa and Mama Kim Puchong is located at 1 Puchong (a factory area) hence the compound is large.

There were plenty of pretty beauty bloggers attended the party that evening.

We had a quick tour at Herbaline Facial Spa and enjoyed some quick pampering. Herbaline Facial Spa provides services for customers from head to toe.
