Re-Gen Oil – Specially formulated for Stretch Marks, Scars, Dry Skin and Blemished Skin

I’m a mother of two lovely girls who enjoy motherhood but there’s one thing I always sad about – the ugly stretch marks around my tummy and thigh area.

I almost finished the 75 ml Re-Gen Oil in two months’ time. I massage it once a day on my stretch marks and scar area. It’s very easy to spread and massage into my skin, and they absorbed quickly. Once it’s absorbed, my skin is not greasy at all and I could put on my clothes immediately.

Asians Face Up to Embrassing Acne

Though acne is a common condition, its impact on quality of life should not be overlooked. For those who have been dealing with it over a long period of time, there is frustration, embarrassment and even anger.
“Acne is one of the most common skin conditions in Asia Pacific affecting more than 460 million people in the region.1 It is one of the most common adolescent problems and despite the myth that acne affects mainly teenagers, many people continue to have acne well into their adulthood,” said Dr. Hew Yin Keat, a Skin Doctor.
Overwhelmed and unsure of treatment options

So what help is available? If you were to ask your mother, she may tell you to stop eating chocolate and potato chips. If you check out forums online, they may tell you what works for one person and not for the next. On the drug store shelf, you’ll find an overwhelming array of products, each claiming they can do the job. There is simply too much talk and not enough truth.

Based on an online survey conducted in 2012 by Menarini Asia Pacific on 1,020 Asians aged between 18-35 years in four countries – India, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, acne sufferers spend a significant amount of time online searching for possible solutions.

About 30% of respondents spend more than an hour per week looking for acne-related information and solutions.

As they are unsure of the appropriate treatment, respondents are willing to try multiple products in search of the right solution. The survey revealed that 10% have tried more than 10 products.
Self-esteem affected by acne

Further found in survey results, 2 in 3 Asians reported feeling embarrassed and self-conscious when they have acne, with 1 in 3 thinking about their acne almost 2-5 times a day. These respondents also refrain from social activities and only feel comfortable meeting their close friends.

I first heard about EVE LOM from other Malaysian bloggers last year, all of them rave about the EVE LOM Cleanser and rescue mask. First we tried the iconic cleanser that could remove makeup (non waterproof type) and clean the skin effectively. We were told that the formula remains unchanged from 25 years ago until now, amazing isn’t it?
A little is all you need because it is greasy and you can really spread a small amount all over the face. EVE LOM cleanser cleanses, tones, exfoliates, and improves the overall skin condition and circulation, hence we could skip the toner. I like the muslin cloth that is so soft and gentle to my skin.

Discover Yves Rocher from France with Lilac Box

I had a date with Yves Rocher and The Lilac box last Saturday at The Gardens café Sunway Pyramid. Despite beating the massive jam from Jalan Kuching all the way to Sunway(thanks to the stupid road constructions :S) and the misleading Sunway Pyramid signboard, I was late and tired when I reach the venue.
I’m an existing Yves Rocher user since few years ago. I like that it uses natural ingredients yet the price is affordable compare to many other France’s beauty brand. I trust the product much and my girl is using the hamamelis range since she was 2 years old. It works well on her delicate skin but I found that they are having 70% on most of the products in this range, I hope they are not discontinue the range because we really love this range.
OK, back to the event last Saturday. When I reached the venue, I quickly registered myself and got a passport for the event. The bloggers were given a Yves Rocher passport to go through a few ‘stations’ to discover more about themselves. And yeah we had our lunch at the café before we go through the discovery.
There were a few stations for us to go through. The one I found most interesting is the Skin analysis. One just need to put the face into the advance machine, it will scan and snap two pictures of your face and analyze from there. You would know your skin condition and skin age almost immediately. I am glad that my skin is 3 years younger than my actual age.
