TrAInocate Career Jumpstart 30 was delivered in collaboration with the Selangor Youth Community (SAY) and supported by MyDIGITAL Corporation, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing digital inclusion and strengthening Malaysia's future talent pipeline.
Developed to bridge the gap between digital awareness and workplace readiness, the programme equipped participants with an "AI Career Toolkit" comprising practical, job-relevant AI skills that are increasingly in demand across industries. Beyond technical knowledge, the initiative sought to build participants' confidence and preparedness to navigate the evolving employment landscape, enabling them to pursue greater career opportunities in the digital economy.
Building Employability Through AI
The programme focused on four key competencies:
Generative Content Mastery – Participants learned to leverage AI tools to create tailored resumes, cover letters, and professional communications, enabling them to stand out in an increasingly competitive and automated recruitment environment.
Strategic Research Capabilities – Through platforms such as Google Gemini, participants developed skills in conducting in-depth research, analysing industry trends, and generating actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
Visual Communication with Canva AI – Recognising the growing importance of visual storytelling, the programme introduced participants to AI-assisted design tools that enable professional content creation for personal branding, entrepreneurship, and workplace communication.
Workflow Chaining – Participants were trained to integrate multiple AI tools into seamless workflows, preparing them for the interconnected digital processes commonly used across modern organisations.
Collaboration Driving Meaningful Impact
The initiative highlights the growing role of cross-sector collaboration in expanding access to digital skills and employment opportunities for underserved communities.
