The buffet features a wide array of mouth-watering Malaysian favourites that one would expect such as Kari Kepala Ikan Salmon, Sotong Berlado Petai, Fried Fish with Vinegar Chili Sauce and Bubur Lambuk Berherba. The Oxtail Asam Pedas is also a local delicacy and a staple food for Malaysians, definitely a must try item for this Ramadan buffet.
There will also be 20 stations offering distinctive live cooking shows such as Sup Berempah, Masakan Kawah, Ikan bakar, Otak-otak, Teppanyaki, Sizzler, Hot Plate and assorted Cucur. All these highlighted dishes are prepared specially by designated chefs, where all ingredients are selected thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and originality of the dish.
