The festival is open to Suria KLCC shoppers who spent RM3,000 and above in two receipts from 13 to 29 June 2025. They received an exclusive picnic admission for four people, along with RM80 in F&B e-vouchers.
The festival takes place daily from 4pm to 9pm throughout the campaign period. This exclusive affair, limited to only 75 groups of four per day, promises a money-can’t-buy outdoor experience at KLCC Park - framed by the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and the mesmerising Lake Symphony, from golden hour through to twilight.
The Esplanade KLCC is transformed into a vibrant open-air festival ground, draped in flowing sheer canopies, and complemented by potted greenery. Upon registration, guests receive a roadmap card, and a thoughtfully prepared picnic basket filled with essentials. Guests begin their journey at the Glam Bar Station, indulging in whimsical face painting, handcrafted beaded accessories, and more. Additional delights include a DIY drinks bar, coffee-tasting corner, and photobooth with unlimited printouts.
Meanwhile, KLCC Park serves as a serene sanctuary complete with tipi tents, macramé décor, and earth-toned picnic setups for guests to unwind. Shoppers can participate in a variety of workshops and activities, including tote bag personalisation and making giant bubbles with their families, all while enjoying a delectable picnic meal spread. Guests can look forward to savouring sips and bites from Imperial Chakri Palace, TGI Fridays, Sakana, All About Chew, Eight Ounce Coffee Co, and Gong Cha. Additionally, exciting goodies await from brands such as Toys “R” Us, Remax, Kiehl’s, MAC, and HOKA.
Set on KLCC Park Hill, the festival’s centrepiece is a stunning 10-foot macramé installation and performance stage, where a diverse lineup of artists from the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra to buskers and drum circles - enchants the crowd as the sun sets. Each evening concludes with a front-row view of the Lake Symphony Fountain Show, offering a spectacular visual finale.
Don’t miss the chance to snap photos at various picturesque spots, including the combi van, rattan swing chair, and macramé installation at KLCC Park Hill - all thoughtfully designed to inspire content-worthy moments.
“At Suria KLCC, we believe in creating experiences that go beyond shopping. 'Picnic in the Park' is our way of celebrating our shoppers by offering them something truly special: a thoughtfully curated escape in the heart of the city,” said Francis Tan, Executive Director and CEO of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd.
