HOLD IT. KEEP IT. SUBARU PALM CHALLENGE RETURNS TO MALAYSIA

Gear up! On 8th September 2012, The Piazza at The Curve Shopping Mall, Mutiara Damansara will transform into a battle arena with the return of the highly anticipated Subaru Palm Challenge. This annual Motor Image Malaysia Sdn Bhd event will witness Malaysian contestants trying to “out-palm” each other by placing their right hand on a specific part of the Subaru car for as long as they can. The last 10 standing will be given the opportunity to compete for a brand new Subaru Forester 2.0X worth over RM150,000. Last year, 42 year old Mr. Chong Kiat Chi of Singapore ousted 399 other challengers last year by lasting 75 hours and 36 minutes to take home the grand prize.

Participants are required to place their right palm firmly on the palm decals located all over the car while participating in the elimination rounds throughout the challenge. The series of elimination rounds will determine the last 10 standing to represent Malaysia to the MediaCorp Subaru Challenge – The Asian Face Off in Singapore.
Only the most worthy will take the next coveted step towards winning their dream car. Though the rules and regulations remain the same as the previous challenge – 2012 poses a more challenging contest that will take every ounce of will power and determination on the part of the contestants.
