A Gastronomy Journey at Oregon Washington Blueberries Wonder Workshop

So last month, a bunch of health enthusiasts, including myself have dove into a World of Health and Flavour at Oregon Washington Blueberries Wonder Workshop, held at KL Wellness City in Bukit Jalil last month.

Oregon Washington Blueberries may be one of the smallest fruits, but they contain antioxidants and vitamins that can boost our immune system. Blueberries are so delicious and versatile that they go great in sweet and savory meals. The workshop began with a thought-provoking speech by Mr. Eddie Saw, a prominent figure from Total Market Solutions. He shared on the fascinating journey of blueberries from their origins to their current status as a nutritional powerhouse.

Representative of KL Wellness City, the venue sponsor, also shared some insights into the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle to complement the wellness-focus event.

Social media influencer and wellness advocate, Iman Azman took to the stage to deliver an engaging talk on the significance of blueberries in our daily lives. These small but mighty berries have become a staple in modern diets due to their remarkable nutritional value and versatility that can be incorporated into almost any dish and drink.

The workshop was held at Grind & Ground, Ativo Suites. The event started with a fun word puzzle games where we can get a skincare set when we got the correct answer.
