It basically takes away most of the bookkeeping process from the business, and all users need to do is put in the sales and purchase figures. The system will do the rest such as double entries, generate reports and tax records.

Users can track sales and purchases and miscellaneous transactions, automatically generate financial reports and tax records, also automatically forward transactions to recipients via email and inventory tracking.

Financio also offers multi-currency support, real time backup, Malaysian GST support, file storage for attachments to transactions and, because it is Cloud based, be accessed from anywhere.

We were delighted to spend a wonderful evening there recently. Chir Chir (pronounced Chi-ruh Chi-ruh) is very easy to access as it is situated at the new underground tunnel that connects Pavillion Elite and Fahrenheit 88.

We felt happy with the cosy atmosphere and assorted interior decorations from the moment we stepped into Chir Chir. It is like a ‘Chimaek’ (a combination of ‘Chi’ for chicken and ‘maek’ for beer in Korea) and ‘ju jiu wu’ (居酒屋，means Japanese bar) to me where everyone is happy to hang out and catch up freely with friends and family.

We have learnt that Chir Chir uses only fresh chicken that replenish daily, and the dishes are freshly cooked upon order. Never pre-fried and neither is it frozen! Plus the unique proprietary sauces and marinade from Seoul resulting in delicious, consistent flavour in all Chir Chir outlets across South Korea, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. To date, it has over 100 restaurants and still counting!

Ain’t April Fools, a Meal at PappaRich for only RM 9.90!

Hello lovelies, I feel that this year time slips away very very quickly and now that April has come! How’s April behave to you so far? Well, we all know that the first day of April is the April fools day where we can prank anyone everyone without feeling guilty haha. But I ain’t lying to you here ok. I discovered this super-duper meal deal at my favourite ‘kopitiam’ (café) recently, where we get one main course and a drink for only RM 9.90.

As Malaysian we all know about PappaRich, a local food and beverage franchise established in Malaysia around 2006. They offer traditional Malaysian cuisines and drinks as well as other types of dishes. It is my family and friends’ favourite restaurant for the ambience environment and quality food.

Me and my friends had visited PappaRich at Taman Desa to catch up on some campaigns after an event last week. To our surprise, they are having the RM9.90 Lite Meals promotion! There are 6 main and 6 beverages to choose from. What? Nowadays even a cup of coffee would already cost RM 2.50 at normal non air Cond ‘kopitiam’. So when we found this deal, we can’t wait but to order our favourite set from the wide selection.

I always love PappaRich’s Naan, so I have ordered Naan with Scrambled Egg & Cheese with a cup of iced cham. This is an unusual naan but I thought hey there is no harm in trying, right. Ends up, my choice were right. The custy naan bread sandwich with fluffy scrambled eggs folded with shredded mozzarella cheese, totally an egg-plosion of flavor in my mouth and undoubtedly a winner for me.
