Our first time having churros made with U.S. Potato. Bravo to the chef! The churros taste great, that is crispy outside and fluffy inside. When you take a bite, the churros are chewy and warm inside, we can feel the U.S. Potato melting in our mouth! To add more kick, dip the churros with chef's special mamak curry, it's simply divine! We wish to have more of this now!
Our gastronomical journey at Pietro does not just stop there. We had a wonderful time enjoying all the delicious dishes that night. From a beautiful Anti Pasti Platter that comes with creamy truffle potato, spicy mussel, fruit salad, smoke salmon with capers, tomato & mozarela, fried calamari to aragola & panielo salad to main dishes like Salted egg spaghetti, roasted spanish chicken, and Pietro's signature chili crab. Everything is so beautifully plated & presented and delicious to eat!
