Congratulations Caring Pharmacy for celebrating their 24th year of practicing community pharmaceutical care this year. It has been shared that their pharmacists meet many people who come to them for health advices & one of the frequently asked advices is about diabetes everyday. The customers are very concerned on how to control their blood sugar levels & not many of them have enough information on how to manage it.

Throughout these few years, Caring Pharmacy has organized many events, talks and workshops where they educate the public on Diabetes Management. This book is packed with useful facts and effective tips to allow readers on how to improve and achieve optimal health despite having diabetes. The shoppers can get to know their BMI by using the BMI calculator at the corner and our pharmacists are able to refer a meal plan suited for them to apply a better and healthier diet. This year has been fuelled by excitement and festivities as Hot Wheels® celebrated its 50th anniversary. The culmination of the epic celebration has been the 50th Anniversary SEA Tour. Women Can Plan Their Motherhood Years in Advance

Women in Malaysia are having children later in life. The Department of Statistics (DOSM) found that from 2001 to 2015, the mean age of first-time mothers increased from 26.6 years old to 27.7 years old.1 This means that on average, women in Malaysia are becoming parents at later ages.

According to Dr. Eeson, 10% of women in their early 30’s have significantly reduced fertility. While this rate of decline varies from person to person, numerous studies have established that in the 30’s age group, a woman’s ovarian reserve begins to decline.2 ‘Ovarian reserve’ refers to the number of eggs a woman has in her body to be fertilised, and it is also known as ‘egg count’. Each woman is born with a total of about 2 million eggs, which are all of the eggs she will have in her lifetime. After a spike during puberty, this number begins to decline throughout her life.

Sometimes it only takes one good song to bring back thousands of good, old memories. As a music lover, I like listen to songs everyday while driving, doing house chores and working.

Norrela had to relive those experiences again to finding words in describing her feelings.
