DA MEN Mall, the gateway to new shopping, dining and excitement in USJ, launched K-Wave Festival which celebrates all things Korean from the delicious food, trendy fashion to their popular culture. With this festival, the mall aspires to provide an engaging experience and ensure all shoppers have an enjoyable time with free entertainment and excitement all week.

DA MEN Mall’s K-Wave Festival from 25 September to 1 October features a week-long of exciting activities and performances held throughout this period. This includes traditional Korean and K-Pop dance performances, a food bazaar with cooking demonstrations, Korean movie screenings and language workshops. 
Shop for trendy Korean apparels and shoes from the first and largest SPAO and SHOOPEN
pop-up store exclusively available during the festival. Score some Korean beauty deals from
Beautime and Wunderbath and enjoy free nail stamping service from Bloop throughout this
period.

A variety of Korean snacks, hot food and souvenirs are available from Shin Sun Mi Market and shoppers can enjoy Korean street food from as low as RM1 at the Korean Food Pop-up at Lower Ground floor. Participate in the free cooking workshops and learn to make the popular Korean cuisine – Kimbap and Kimchi Fried Rice.

A K-Goodie Giveaway will be happening daily where shoppers stand a chance to redeem
attractive freebies which includes Korean K-Pop autographed albums, poster, merchandises
and many more, with a minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt mall wide while stocks
last.

iflix K-Fever screening of hit Korean shows; Descendants of the Sun, A Werewolf Boy and Train to Busan on 29 and 30 September. Tickets are priced at RM10 which includes a 2-month iflix subscription. Registration is available at iflix Facebook page.
Experience the Korean culture for free by trying on the Hanbok and learn simple phrases you can use while travelling in Korea at the Korean Language Workshop.
The mall has also introduced a series of colourful photo walls where shoppers can snap their photos, #coloursofdamen and share them on their social media to stand a chance to walk away with special prizes.
At the launch, media members and guests were entertained by traditional drum performances, K-Pop dance performances and a K-Pop Fashion-Dance Show before going on a guided tour of the festival.
